I was in the market for buying my first place up north. I found Greg Schultz from Safeguard Home Inspection. I gave him a call, left a message, and he called me back later that night. We set up an appointment to meet him at the house so we could go through the house together. Greg was on time and ready to get down to looking into the house. As a first time home buyer I wanted to know everything about the place I was about to buy. I went everywhere he went to see the same things he was looking at. Greg did a very thorough job, inside and out. He took his time to show me things that I needed to know about. After we looked over the whole house we went over his report. He told me what he thought of the House. He told me what needed to be fixed, and what could hold off for a while. I was very happy that I picked Greg to look over the house I was going to be buying. With everything he found I was able to give the seller a much lower offer. It was great to have everything in pics and writing. After two days the seller took my offer, and we where able to buy the house. I had my closing on 8/17/2018. That weekend we made the most of it. We had Greg's check list and started going over it. We cut down trees, treated the roof, replaced the sink sprayer, replaced the shower head, and fixed the driveway for rain run off. Place is coming along very nicely. We are so happy with the new home. Thank you so much Greg.
